Where your item is in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of ordering (weekends and public holidays excluded). If for any reason there is a delay in processing your order we will send you an email with an updated delivery date.
We have partnerships with major delivery companies in Ireland, through which we endeavour to use the most efficient and affordable shipping methods possible.
Where possible, the customer will be issued with their tracking number so that they can monitor their order’s progress.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct contact details.
A full refund or exchange is available for unused, undamaged products purchased from bicsport.ie within 30 days from original purchase date.
Products must be in their original packaging, along with original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer's possession.
Faulty items will be exchanged for new items if the product is not available, we will gladly exchange for any items to the same value or issue a refund. Either way you will be contacted by customer service to determine what is best for you. Important! Please contact us at +353 86 231 8822 or via our online form for a Return Authorisation Number prior to returning any product to bicsport.ie. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by our Return Authorisation Number and reason for return.
Bicsport.ie will advise the best method of shipping for returns. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable.
The customer service department requests that we allow 14 to 28 days turnaround time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange. If the wait will be longer than anticipated, customers will be notified by phone/email.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing. Do not sign delivery docket until you have inspected your products.
If your products are received with obvious transit damage do NOT accept delivery of the damaged products.
If you have taken delivery of damaged, incorrect or missing products, (or someone else accepts it on your behalf) notify BIC Sport Ireland within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.

BICsport Ireland offers a one year manufacturer's warranty on all new products sold (from date of purchase). The warranty covers material and workmanship defects and will only be offered to the original purchaser.
The warranty is void where the product has been damaged or broken after sale to the original purchaser by incorrect or unreasonable use, negligence or modification. The warranty does NOT cover any damage not related to defects in materials or workmanship. Snaps, dings, creases or any impact related damages are NOT covered by warranty. The warranty does NOT cover the replacement or repair of any consumables (fins, deck grips, leashes) or lost parts or accessories.
In the event of a defect of this product’s materials or workmanship, the supplier reserves the right to repair the item or replace the item with refurbished products of the same type.
Used, Ex-demo, Second-hand products either new or used carries a limited 6 month warranty.
Damaged or repaired products either new or used carry a limited 3 month warranty.

A detailed fault description sheet must be sent together with all the returning warranty goods. If your warranty claim relates to either a BIC Kayak or BIC Surf product, please download the attached detailed Warranty Claim Form.
Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number.
Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to BIC Sport Ireland. BIC Sport Ireland is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to BIC Sport Ireland.
